RETURNS

We will gladly accept returns on objects in new, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. If you would like to return an object, contact us with your order number atsupport@shophivemind.xyz within 10 days of receiving your order. We will send you an exchange/return authorization form that must be filled out and included in your package. You do not need to include the original receipt with your return.

You may return your item for store credit or a full refund of the amount which you paid at the time of purchase, except in the case of furniture, which will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. International customers will also be responsible for any duties and taxes that may apply.

Products that are ineligible for return include:

Custom products (custom-sized Tub Caddies, custom-tagged products, &c.)

Customized products (products with custom engraving, monogrammed bags, &c.)

Gift Cards

Sale items (including Mystery Boxes)

Returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse – make sure they are packed properly and cannot get damaged on the way. All goods will be inspected on return.

Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately three days after the date of processing.

Only products purchased directly through shophivemind may be returned. shophivemind products purchased from another retailer must be returned to the original seller.
